Shipping and Returns

There are a lot of unknowns when someone is shopping online. Does an item look like the same color in person that it appears on their computer screen? Is a size medium in a new store the same fit as the size medium in their tried-and-true fave? It's a bit of a gamble, and sometimes the gamble doesn't pay off. Luckily we have a policy in place just for that. 

Email us within [14] days requesting a refund or exchange. If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the box. Clothing should be in [Good] condition for returns. We'll split the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect, in which case the return is on the house.

Refunds to a bank account usually take up to 5 business days if paid through PayPal. If a payment sent using a bank account is canceled, it will be refunded to the PayPal balance within 3-5 business days.

Refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 30 days. 

• Credit card refunds may take longer than debit card refunds. That's because a debit card is drawing from an account that holds money the cardholder already has. Since credit card transactions are made using funds from the card issuer, the refund must first process to the provider before reflecting for the cardholder.

Orders ship on [the same day of purchase for all in house orders. For orders that have to be made, they will ship after completion ] via [USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx], and should be delivered within [14] days. Send a message if you'd like tracking info, and place your order before [Dec. 14-19] for delivery by Christmas. Our shop will close on [Dec. 28] for a holiday break and reopen [Jan. 1].
